We aim to dispatch orders within 4 business days for items that are in stock. If an item is on pre-order, the expected dispatch date will be specified on the product page.

We use various courier services to ensure the best possible delivery time. This allows us to get your order to you quickly and reliably.

Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification from us or the courier

partner, which may be through email, SMS, or WhatsApp. This notification will include a

tracking number so you can keep an eye on your package until it reaches you.

Returns Pickup:
In case you wish to return a product, we’ll make it easy for you. We’ll arrange the pickup, and our courier partners will get in touch with you to schedule a convenient time.
All you need to do is ensure that the product is ready to be picked up as per the instructions provided during the returns initiation process.
